- King William: The Alliance to Save the Mattaponi for their persistent fight over many years to preserve the river and its surrounding habitat from being dammed to form a reservoir

- West Point School Division for landscaping of school campus
- Anderson's Neck Oyster Company for oyster cultivation in the Upper York River
- Christie LeBeouf and Becky Ferrel for landscaping at Deltaville Museum
- Kitty Cox for organizing River Clean Up day on the Mattaponi and Pamunkey Rivers
- Teta Kain for work in educating the public about conservation and nature on the Dragon Run
- Hylah Boyd for her work with Scenic Virginia
- Jennifer and Gary Huff for their work restoring the 1710 Tavern in Tappahannock
- Presented to Jay Richardson Grebe, Director, and Just Harvest, a non-profit organization of the Middle Peninsula and Northern Neck. The award was for Just Harvest's work developing and stewarding learning gardens for the community, where gardening skills can be taught and free produce can be distributed to those who need it. They continually promote the importance of the land and our vital connection to the environment through these gardens and their workshops as an avenue to help communities learn to create sustainable food infrastructures.
